At MFASIS, construction is the disciplined translation of design into built reality.
We lead the process from pre-construction to handover—procurement, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and contractor coordination—while enforcing rigorous QA/QC, safety, and sustainability standards. We review shop drawings, build mock-ups, and solve details on site. Transparent cost control and clear reporting keep time, cost, and quality aligned. Our architects remain present to supervise finishes, custom furniture, and lighting—so the last millimeter matches the first sketch.

Decoration
- At MFASIS, decoration is the human layer of architecture—the orchestration of color, texture, light, and objects that gives a space its character.
- We curate FF&E with precision: custom furniture and lighting designed by us, fabrics and finishes tested for durability, art and accessories selected to tell the project’s story. From mood boards and mock-ups to procurement, on-site styling, and final photography, we align every piece with function, brand, and context. The result is cohesive, contemporary, and unique interiors that feel effortless, perform beautifully, and age well

Supervision
At MFASIS, supervision is the daily guardianship of design intent on site.
We coordinate contractors and engineers, review shop drawings and method statements, approve samples and mock-ups, and resolve RFIs in real time. Scheduled site visits and clear reports track progress, quality, safety, and compliance with specs, codes, and sustainability goals. We manage snagging/punch lists, testing & commissioning, as-built verification, and full handover documentation. Transparent communication and cost/schedule control keep everyone aligned—so what gets built is exactly what was designed.

Report
At MFASIS, a report is the project’s single source of truth—concise, visual, and actionable. It captures progress vs. schedule and budget, records decisions, RFIs and changes, flags risks, and documents QA/QC and H&S checks, with photos and annotated drawings. Issued weekly or at milestones (GR/EN), each report ends with clear next steps, owners, and deadlines—keeping every stakeholder aligned and accountable from concept to handover.
